History (Optional) :
Like many, I discovered this incredibly magnificent farm but without any real interest.
It was proven that Bethesda had more planned for this location, but it was deleted from the game.
I was extremely disappointed that this place was not exploited more so I decided to add MY personal touch.
WaggonerFarm and my biggest mod currently counting more than 250 hours of work and above all, learning CK.
I know my work is not perfect and there is still a lot to do, unfortunately I am not a basic developer,
so I learn on the job thanks to other modders who take the time to help me with my projects.
This type of project remains very ambitious, and being alone it is very complicated to spend time on it, to find motivation and inspiration. I should have released this mod maximum at the end of November,
but I constantly want to reach perfection for my work and I constantly want to bring new things, but I realize that if I force myself, I risk never releasing this mod.
Despite the lack of motivation and inspiration I prefer to release the mod today so that you too can enjoy it,
I am therefore impatiently awaiting your feedback, suggestions and perhaps even your help.
The mod lacks stability, but this will be corrected one day without a specific date, or maybe never....

The mod lacks stability.
You may experience game crashes without a valid reason and without logs, please create a ticket if this happens to you.
The NPC's are completely out of control and doing anything, or simply don't go where I want them to be.
Don't worry about it for now, it will be fixed later.
If you have already generated the cell on your party before installing the mod, then you will have to wait 72 hours on the planet of Venus before returning to the Wagoner farm, which will aim to regenerate the cell. Failure to do so will subject you to huge conflicts and therefore bugs.
I also tested the entire Waggoner Farm cells in 4k Ultra with a RTX 4090 and an I9-14900k for a total of 80 FPS in each zone.
I imagine that not everyone has my PC configuration, especially for console players, so be careful of the FPS losses that you may have.
I haven't tested with an XBOX.
Features :
Total overhaul of the Waggoner Farm rental :
- Added more vegetation
- Redesign of the terrain as well as the terraforming
- Addition of a security force including two watchtowers as well as a main gate
- Moved and improved the player ship landing zone, as well as a space shop.
- Upgrading both farms with more NPC's is more things for them to do
- Redesign of the main peasants' home, the farm owners' house and the barn.
- Added two player houses, one purchasable is one as a reward for completing a quest on Montara Luna.

Roadmap :
- Total overhaul of NPC's => Real healthy lifestyle, consistent location...

- Improvement / Extension of the vanilla quest

- Improve the exterior of the main foyer
- Bandit camp which will become a Ranger Outpost after the end of the quest + new quests?
Others could be added according to player suggestions.
Installation Manual :
Before you install this mod, make sure you remove all placed objects and clear all inventories on WagonerFarm!
Unpacking the archive is moved "WagonerFarm-Extended.esm" and "WagonerFarm-Extended - Main.ba2" to the Starfield/Data folder.
PLAY !
Compatibility :
My mod is not compatible with any other mod that modifies WaggonerFarm.
Should be compatible with my other player house buyable mod.
The mod "Regrets - A new Starfield side quest" does not seem incompatible according to the feedback from certain players, however be careful, this can produce certain bugs.
