This mod adds a Desert Eagle to starfield, it currently has no attachments.
It starts appearing at level 10, you can buy it from Denis at Cydonia, find it on ennemies that use pistols, as well as a chance to find it in display cases and containers, it scales up to level 47.
There are two main versions available:
One for the vanilla game that uses .45 Calibre.
One for MEF that uses .44 Magnum. MEF is mandatory for this version to function as intended.
