Groat Blade can now be crafted at industrial workbench
Adds a Groat Blade that can be used as a weapon. Stats are slightly better than the Va'ruun Painblade. To obtain the blade you need to craft it at an industrial workbench. At the moment you're unable to pick it up if you drop it.
