From the Paramount + series "Special Ops: Lioness" this CharGen file includes its two main characters - Marine Raider Cruz Manuelos (Laysla De Oliveira) and her CIA boss Joe McNamara (Zoe Saldana). Because who doesn't need another badass woman or two bringing order to the chaos of Starfield.

Since this file offers two related female characters, you could pick one for your own character and possibly switch one of your female companions for the other. ( Cruz subbing for Andreja works well for me voice-wise. ) Do this by using reigor's NPC Enhancer Gun. @ https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/10483
For those who are unfamiliar with the series here's a brief rundown:"Special Ops: Lioness," a spy thriller created by Taylor Sheridan of "Yellowstone" fame, follows Joe McNamara played by Zoe Saldana, a CIA officer, as she leads the agency's "Lioness" program, recruiting and training female operatives for dangerous undercover missions in the war on terror. Laysia De Oliveira as Cruz Manuelos is her first recruit.
For Starfield they're just two gutsy space-soldiers loosely based by yours truly on the two lovely celebrities who play them for TV. Coincidentally - Joe looks a bit like Uhuru from the latest Star Trek movies should you wish to rename her. She only lacks a bit of an eyelift at the far corners and some makeup for that role.
