This mod slows the passage of Universal Time (UT) while you are on a planet. It does not affect the passage of UT in space.
The mod changes the ratio of in-game hours : real life hours from 15:1 to 6:1.
What does this mean?
In the base game, 1 minute in real life means 15 minutes in-game UT passing by. This mod changes it to 1 minute causes 6 minutes to pass by. Or 1 hour of real life is 6 hours in game.
I would recommend installing this for a fresh character. This mod shouldn't conflict with anything except other mods that adjust Time Scale variables.
