This mod simply speeds up the ladder animations, which I found to be quite slow. GIF previews included on the page. There are four speed options to choose from (1.25x, 1.5x, 1.75x and 2.0x).

150% still looks pretty natural imo, but 200% is there if you want it.
Pre-Installation:
Go to your Documents\My Games\Starfield folder
Open (Or create it if it is not there already) StarfieldCustom.ini
Extract the Data folder within the .zip you Downloaded to your Documents\My Games\Starfield folder
Installation (Vortex):
Set Vortex's deployment method to Hardlink Deployment instead of Symlink Deployment, which should put your Starfield mods on the same partition as your game install, rather than linking it to a file located on a different partition.
This is due to a bug in Vortex at the moment. If you prefer to use the Symlink system, you can wait for the next extension update for Vortex. Reportedly, it should be fixed then.
