How to install

  • Download one of the main Time Dilation files using Vortex (your choice of either 25%, 50%, or 70% time dilation). Alternately, if not using Vortex, manually download the file and extract to \Steam\steamapps\common\Starfield.
  • If you do not have a StarfieldConsole.ini file, download the optional file and extract into \Documents\My Games\Starfield. If you already the ini file, add the lines listed below.
  • If you have not created a StarfieldCustom.ini, download the optional file and extract it to the same location.
    Otherwise, add the lines listed below.


StarfieldConsole.ini

[H otkeys]
F2=bat slow;cgf "Debug.Notification" "ADRRNALINE RUSH"
F3=setglobaltimemultiplier 1;cgf "Debug.Notification" "NORMAL TIME"

StarfieldCustom.ini

[Menu]
bUseConsoleH otkeys=1

Remove the space between the 'H' and 'o'


Change the keybinds by editing StarfieldConsole.ini.
