Description
This mod showcases a proof of concept, utilizing the RVC-WebUI to transform Vasco's voice into the Harbinger from Mass Effect series (originally voiced by Keith Szarabajka).

Compatibility patch for More Recognizable Names v1.17 is available as an optional file.
Note: please keep in mind that with a whopping 2052 voice lines to consider, I couldn't personally inspect every single one. As a result, you might encounter occasional issues. Nevertheless, for my personal use, I found the overall outcome more than satisfactory.

Installation
I suggest you be a reasonable person and use Mod Organizer 2. Or at least use Vortex, I'm begging you...
If you want to install this manually for some reason, use this mod to disable documents Data folder, don't fall for Bethesda's shenanigans.
Then put the mod files into Starfield/Data folder.
