This file adds all Starborn powers and upgrades them to rank 10
File 2 - starbornpowersrank
This file just upgrades the Starborn powers you have to rank 10
To use either file, drag and drop the desired file in your game folder where you game's .exe sits (File path should look like X\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Starfield)
Open your in game Console with the "~" key.
Type "bat (name of file) Don't include the .txt extension
Hit enter.
Your game may stutter for a second as it loads and then read out "Added "X" Perk to (Character name) with rank 10"
