Adds a skull texture to the Ground Crew Space Helmet Visor.

Turns the Ground Crew Space Helmet visor into a black and white skull.
The helmet can be bought near the landing pad shop in the first city
Simple texture mod
To install the mod:
- Extract the Data folder into Documents\My Games\Starfield\
- If you do not have StarfieldCustom.ini file in that folder then create one with this added to it:

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
