Custom flag variant to fit UC theme. And change some flag logo to present all as military division (remove Bethesda logo)

✦ INFORMATION
• Replace unused Bethesda logo (Old Cydonia logo) with UNSEC division. so it will cover all military divisions of the uc now
• Used theme color for each division (from my perspective).
• I dont know why they used both sword logo in military outfit and refer as only UC NAVY instead of "navy" and "army". So I decide to used the red one with wing as "Marine Corp" division to still matched with outfits and lore.
✦ INSTALLATION
1. Set up StarfieldCustom.ini
