UPDATE - ADDED PRESET FOR FADINGSIGNAL's NEUTRAL LUTs I'm on an OLED monitor so if the picture seems too dark or bright, you can tweak the "levels" option to your liking. If you can't take the performance hit then you can disable RadiantGI. It'll slightly brighten the picture so I'd use levels to correct it.
I haven't found a reshade preset that's been just right for me yet so I made my own. If it's a little too blue or not blue enough you can adjust the color temperature setting in the reshade. I keep it around 9000 personally. Enabling DPX will also slightly brighten up the picture. DPX is already configured but is disabled currently.
