Hello,
The default scope zoom is horrible, the round in the middle is badly cropped top and bottom, and I don't like the surrounding to not be a bit transparent.
Based on the 60 FPS version, although should not really matter for that UI.
Installation
Drop the content in your Starfield game root folder.
Warning: not sure how it will look on Ultrawide monitors, as I had to lower the size of the global UI scope.
Permissions
Feel free to edit the mod to your needs and publish alternatives.
I used GitHub - jindrapetrik/jpexs-decompiler: JPEXS Free Flash Decompiler to edit the .SWF files, simply exporting some shapes to PNG, editing in GIMP then replacing (one "shape" needed some resizing directly in the .SWF editor, like some are picture to replace, some have points to edit. If you touch a bit in IT, you should be able to manage in no time).
