Reupload of my FemShep preset. Apparently Nexus gets really grumpy when you upload a "non-functional" file, so I've included my saves as a way to appease the overlords. I honestly wouldn't use them personally, since my game is heavily modded, but rules is rules.
Not 100% sure how mandatory all the character mods I have in my game are, so I just added the ones I have active in the required section.
