Enables a third hidden option in the ending for the UC Questline

Simple open the console and type
set 4a45c to 1
That's it. That enables the hidden option.
Be sure to enable it before talking with hadrian for the final choice.
There is also an esm file if you do not want the very simple option of using your console.
This is most likely not cut content, but they simply forgot to allow the aformentioned global value to be set.

This enables the option to sterilize the heatleeches so they can no longer turn into terrormorphs.
It allows by lore still for heatleeches without fully eradicating them, with no more terrormorph threats in the future
