Version 1.0
Added recipe
If you've played Fallout 4, you'll have finely-tuned instincts for scavenging duct tape for the elusive, vital adhesives within.
Weapon modding in Starfield is similarly hungry for adhesives, and the world is also full of duct/vacuum tape, but this time it's useless. Well, no longer.
Content Industrial Workbench Recipes
Scrap Vacuum Tape: Convert 1 roll of Vacuum Tape into 1 unit of Adhesives.
That's it! It'd be easy for me to add more (e.g. spool of wire to give zero wire) but I've not been hugely in need of anything else.
Limitations I'd have made it work naturally as an adhesive, but the Vacuum Tape object is currently un-editable in SFEdit, so this is the easiest stable solution until REFL entries are decoded. That's also why I've not been added more - the current format is just a stopgap so no point wasting effort.

Make sure you have Plugins.txt Enabler working, then open your Plugins.txt file and add: *Scrap Clutter For Resources.esmThe name is generic so you won't have to edit Plugins.txt again if I update this to include other recipes.
