Fixes rarity icons for many items in the inventory.

This .esm will add the diamond coloured rarity icons that are missing on some items in the inventory due to the wrong rarity being used for those items.
- All manufactured items should now have uncommon,rare,exotic and unique icons.
- Caelumite is now marked as unique since the description says as much.
- Unique plant and animal products are now marked as unique.
Requires plugin.txt enabler.
.esm files are unofficial so use with caution, this is just a test for me fixing something that bothered me.
