- Vortex should work, Though let me know if it doesn't.
- MO2 Should work, but I have never used it so please let me know.
Manual:
- To install texture replacer unzip folder, then drop the data folder from the mod into Documents\My Games\Starfield\
- or open data folder folder highlight textures and copy and paste textures
from this file in the same directory as stated above into Documents\My Games\Starfield\
