Simple and immersive implementation of powers. Powers rank up automatically when you enter NG+. Existing powers are scaled to the number of times you've entered the Unity.

I like to think of the Unity as a conduit for power, an incubator for the Starborn trying to reach their true potential left behind by the creators for the worthy. From a gameplay perspective, this was really cool... But actually playing the game to acquire these powers was not.
With this mod, you will still need to initially gain powers through their respective temples. Once you go through the Unity, your powers will be scaled to the number of times you've entered the Unity. You may still go to temples to upgrade them before you go through the Unity, but you should no longer feel like you have to for the fear of missing out.
