Update - 4/9/2024 - Small update.

Update - 2/15/2024 - New February Update!

- The Lock yellow colored military wall variants added.
- Purple light post.
- Functional NPC landing pads and cargo links! Your ship will land at the flat landing pad. You can also build a local system cargo link with the flat NPC landing pad! Fully functional!

Update - 1/26/2024 - FINAL UPDATE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE:
- Added quite a few items I forgot to include as well as several more new things.
- Best of all, I finally figured out how colored lights work. And not just modifying the color of the Omni's, but the texture swap for lights! 5 new colored lights, 3 of which snap to walls, 2 of which serve as lamp posts for your outpost. See the screenshots page for a demonstration of what is added. Now you can build colored lights and lamps like NPC's outposts have!! Only 5 for now because it's a hassle making new cells for each new entry. Maybe more will be added in the near future, but for now this is the FINAL update until further notice. Colors range from white, to yellow, blue and red!

Update - 1/22/2024 - NEW FIXES AND UPDATES/CHANGES:
- Fixed issue of not being able to place Industrial Airlock.
- Added many NPC POI prefab objects, a few new items, NPC landing pads (decoration only), as well as new electrical items that give power under the power menu.

Update - 1/21/2024 - NEW FIXES AND UPDATES/CHANGES:
- Fixed issue with new airlocks, landing pads and cargo links having conflicts with other mods as well as vanilla objects. Should be fully compatible with most, if not all other outpost mods!
- Removed color habs objects due to color reverting back to default.
- Reorganized mod.
- Several new items. Removed redundant items.
- New airlock prefab that snaps to hab prefabs.


Ensure that you delete airlocks, landing pads, and cargo links if using the previous version of my mod to avoid possible crashing before installing the latest version. I would in fact, highly recommend even just starting a new game if you used the old version of the mod in your current save to avoid problems.

For static decoration items, Fast House and Ship Builder is still highly recommended for precise object placement. You may also need to use a mod which removes the outpost "overlapping" and "floating" restrictions to place down certain items.

The following StarfieldCustom.ini settings tweaks can help you with placing your objects, but it unfortunately does not solve all problems:

More than 1000 items added to the outpost build menu. All items cost only credits to build. Catwalk decks attach to airlocks, small landing pads, and cargo links. You can build entire decks that snap together. This release is a continuation of my previous mod, here. I decided to make a separate release, as this latest rendition of my mod is far more organized and has better and working snap points for certain objects. The old mod will no longer be updated. If using this mod, deactivate the previous .esm from my other mod as it is no longer needed.

I highly recommend the mod Fast House and Ship Builder for precise object placement.

List of objects that can be built:
  • Walls - snap points.
  • Fences - no snaps (yet).
  • Pipes - partial snaps.
  • Catwalks, stairs and ramps - snap points.
  • Concrete - partial snaps.
  • Conveyor belts - no snaps (yet).
  • Airlock with catwalks and stairs removed, as you can now build your own that connects to your base - snap points.
  • Landing and cargo link pads with catwalks and stairs removed, snaps to catwalk pieces (excluding large ship pad).
  • Several hundred static and Pack-In structures to help complete your outpost (silos, greebles, antennas, building pieces, etc).
  • Several hundred exterior decoration items in decorations (crates, radars, boxes, etc).

Installation is simple enough. Place the .esm into your Starfield/Data folder.

Add OutpostAddons.esm to your plugins load order, or add the following to your StarfieldCustom.ini:
