About this mod
Second entry for my "Unique Weapons" series. This one hits Vladimir's unique Magshot found at his home after meeting him. Go grab it.

People love this one, I personally thought it needed a nerf, but like... its supposed to be unique so not gonna do that too bad. This thing was a beast as is, this rebalances it and makes it OP in its own ways. This was sort of a prototype mixup seeing what the game does and does not like, this took me 2 days to make... literally finished it in like 4 hours, the rest of the time was getting everything to actually work ingame correctly. Fuck this game bro.
This mod takes advantage of the references that I made previously in the core mod that introduce stasis and freezing stuff. This also takes advantage of my next bit of stuff - Electrical. I also threw in some EM damage for bigger fellas and terros when you are running from two or three of them. This weapon is meant to be a lockdown and torture weapon of sorts.
The first ability gives it a jolting AOE that does decent damage and slows targets for awhile by 25% -> incorporated ingame it seems like more, but its only 25%.
The second ability gives it a freeze and slow AOE that... freezes and slows.
These will combine to create a stronger, bigger AOE that freezes, slows, and shocks targets that enter it or stay in it. The damage is bumped up a lot as well when using both abilities, BUT this takes two legendary slots. Scales infinitely as well.
The third ability gives some buffs to aim assist, aim, etc. Makes it snappier. This just is there sort of as a placeholder to add a 3rd tier slot to change later, with some background for the gun.
The gun itself has a few unique parts on it that can freely be changed without much loss, but they do have a few unique traits, feel free to swap them though if you feel the need.
Has built in AMAW, WBP, CWQ, and is a unique weapon itself, not a Magshot, so it won't conflict with anything, everything is new and unique. This weapon does about 100 ish base damage, 125 maybe, don't remember, with half that in the form of EM. If you can't kill it with gunfire, the shock or EM will take it out. Whatever the target is WILL die.
There is a built in cooldown for the effects that will reset after 30 seconds. In that time, the target should be slowed so you know. Easy pickin.
