What the mod does:
This mod adds 20 new Neuroamps to the vendors of Starfield:
NeuroTherm (Mark I - III)- +10/20/30 Thermal Resistance
NeuroFresh (Mark I - III) - +10/20/30 Airborne Resistance
NeuroLead (Mark I - III) - +10/20/30 Radiation Resistance
NeuroCoat (Mark I - III) - +10/20/30 Corrosive Resistance
NeuroBlend (Mark I - III) - +5/10/15 to all Resistances
NeuroShield (Mark I - III)- -5%/-10%/-15% incoming Weapon Damage
NeuroKeen - +5% Crit Chance
NeuroSwift - +5% Reload Speed
This mod is meant to be used especially with other mods that make the game harder, such as Deadly Hazards.
Environmental Resistances don't really matter in the Vanilla game so I recommend using this mod.
I also recommend the "Royal" mod series by JaeDL which makes enemies tougher.
Unfortunately the NeuroShield Bonus doesn't show up in the item information, but I have tested it and it should work.
Future Plans:
- find out how to add item descriptions for effects that are not in the vanilla game already
- add more Neuroamps with new effects
Installation:
Extract the "Data" folder in your ...\Documents\My Games\Starfield
Or in your ...\steamapps\common\Starfield if you use your games root folder as Data folder (should also work with Mod Manager)
If you don't already have it, open you StarfieldCustom.ini in your \My Games\Starfield folder and add these lines:

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
If there is no StarfieldCustom.ini file, create one yourself and add the lines.
