Tired of seeing that one guy's handsome, smiling face because it breaks your immersion that he is waiting for you 24/7 and endlessly chipper?
This tweak puts him in a spacesuit. Don't worry, he's happy in there.
Edit: I actually stopped using this mod almost immediately, but leaving it up as some people prefer it. :)
Any changes to NPCs you have already encountered during a playthrough require targeting them and typing "resurrect" in console. Otherwise it will just wait til next time.
I'm not sure if the size variation changes apart from NG or NG+, but it should help a tiny bit.
