A start savegame (Professor, Kid-Stuff, Wanted, Taskmaster) and set of slider screenshots for your own character generation.
No mods or download strictly required if you just use the slider screenshots in the Images tab here.

You may download a file containing the aforementioned savegame file, along with all the slider screenshots in the files tab.
Savefile path should be: [Drive]:\User\~Username~\Documents\My Games\Starfield\Saves
Alternatively start a new game and refer to the slider screenshots provided to replicate this character face, starting from "Biometric ID" preset 40.
