Removed the companion dialog from the game for picking the Aceles, versus microbial, solution.

I found the companions' responses to the Aceles Solution for the UC Vanguard quest to be ridiculous and game breaking.
I realize that there is supposed to be some suspension of disbelief so that I can "make believe" that humanity has somehow figured out, to complete perfection, not only our understanding of xenobiology but also genetic engineering; however, I just cannot pretend.
Even perfect understanding and perfect technique won't remove randomness inherent in biological systems, nor remove the huge numeric *scale* that is inherent in spreading manufactured micro-organisms to known planets around a galaxy. (It's been a while since I've played, but I think the plan also included airborne spread).
In any case, I found the Aceles choice to be the safe and scientific choice, and the microbial choice a...likely insane and mad-scientisty choice. So I changed the dialogs at the end of that questline so that every single companion doesn't give you varying degrees of hell for choosing what I consider the sane choice.
This mod is now tested, ready, and raring to go!
I did not change any of the dialog before the end of the Vanguard missions.
