    so the battle station hab is just a weapon house? so you can hide weapons for esthetic reasons? cool

      Pretty much, but at least it makes the battle stations have a purpose.  And they provide similar crew capacity and other minor benefits to the ship.  I wanted mine to be unique compared to the vanilla versions.
