**Just putting this out there because so many people are missing this potential fix...may not work for you, worked for me.**
All the appreciation and respect for the modders who work to improve the games we love. This is just a quick little video to maybe help some people who have the issue with stutters/hitching in the Starfield. Generally happens in high density areas.This may work for you, it may not.
