More Player Faction Flags adds 90 new "player.faction" color-scheme flags for players to use, featuring familiar emblems from other franchises.

More Player Faction Flags adds 90 new flags to the game in the two-tone theme of "player.faction" colors, featuring familiar emblems from franchises such as Ace Combat, Cyberpunk 2077, Gundam, SCP, and various flags of Japanese municipalities.
In Starsector, the player.faction uses [170,222,255] as the main faction 'color', and [31,94,112] as the 'darkUIColor'.
More Player Faction Flags adds 90 simple flags that use only those two colors.
These flags can be accessed when the player establishes a colony for the first time.
Alternatively, if there is a flag that you really want to use right from the start of a new game:
1. Copy the flag/crest set of your choice to ...\More Player Faction Flags\graphics\factions
2. Rename the FLAG to player_flag.png
3. Rename the CREST to player_crest.png
This will cause Starsector to use the image in the mod folder instead of the one in starsector-core.

Manually Upgrading / Downgrading:
If you would like More Player Faction Flags to work with newer or older versions of Starsector, open the mod_info.json file and change the "gameVersion": value to the version of Starsector that you're currently using.
For example: "gameVersion":"0.97a-RC7", to "gameVersion":"0.96.1a-RC6".
