Replaces the two tracks for Q's Winter Wonderland ice race with the Mario 64 Slider theme and the Benny Hill theme

The two tracks for "The fastest game on Ice" are kinda meh. I replaced them with something fitting for them, and way more fun:

Benny Hill Theme
Installation:
1: Open your Star Trek Online folder
2: Open the folder marked Star Trek Online
3: Open the Live folder
4: Extract contents of mod's .zip folder (that is, the mod contains a root of /localdata, if you already have that folder, it'll merge in place, if not, it creates /localdate inside the live installation folder).
