Any time you or anyone around uses their tribble pet for a buff, you will hear the approaching call of chaos incarnate: Moopsy!
Put into: C:\Program Files (x86)\Star Trek Online_en\Star Trek Online\Live\localdata\sound\win32
or if you're on STEAM:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Star Trek Online\Star Trek Online\Live\localdata\Sound\Win32
If it doesn't work at first, just restart the game.

Credit for existing in-game SFX goes to the wonderful people who helped the development of STO.
To anyone concerned about getting penalized for using my, or anyone else's mods: these only affect client-side files and have no affect of server-side files. If you wish to revert back to default SFX, simply delete the file from the win32 folder and you're good to go!
