Adds Echo as a new hero to the battlefront!
Compatible with Instant Action Overhaul Battlefront Plus and Battlefront Expanded.

Echo comes to the Battlefront as a new hero!
Abilities:
Main Gun: Dc-17 Burst
Left Ability: Sabotage Bomb (Stuns Enemies and prevents them from moving
Middle Ability: Technical Visor (Echo Scan the area looking for enemies
Right Ability: War Machine (Echo uses an improved DC-17M which allows him to destroy the enemy team)
Melee: Echo Electrifies enemies dealing damage with a powerful strike
