Replaces the First Order Specialist with Captain Cardinal from the Phasma book.

Captain Cardinal is a loyal elite First Order Trooper with sleek red armor. He lived on Jakku and was taken by Brendol Hux to be made into a stormtrooper. He was a very fine soldier and was given the rank of captain, a real name, red armor, and the honor of being Bendol's personal guard. This mod shows him in his red armor and gray and white cape.
