Very few stat changes. Only the heavily modified abilities have stat changes for obvious reasons.

Officer Changes Battle command - merged all 3 variants
Specialist Changes infiltration - merged all 3 variants Concussion blast - Is no longer a fart gun. Fires an explosive energy ball. Stinger Pistol - is now an EE4 smg improved binoculars - replaced with Flash Pistol CR2 - Added to kit A280CFE - Removed from kit
This may or may not be the final version depending on if people actually want a default class rework.
Personally I thought the Specialist needed some attention.
