About this mod
This mod is my personal customization of the NT-242. I thought I would share it on here for anyone interested. This mod will make your weapon sound more powerful, give it a new shiny look and make headshots feel way more satisfying.

The NT-242 is one of the most powerful weapons in Battlefront II. However, the gameplay experience while using it never really felt that powerful in comparison to snipers in other games. So I decided to improve the NT-242 and make my own version of it.
This mod includes:
-IMPROVED GUNFIRE SOUND
Mixed the original NT-242 sound with one of a .50 cal sniper. This new sound makes the sniper sound more powerful and realistic while keeping a touch of its Star Wars feel.
-GOLD TEXTURE SKIN
Changed the color of the NT-242 to a shiny gold texture.
I like it, it looks cool and it's very bling bling. It helps to spot campers and to not get headshoted. Lastly, in video games, you can generally have a gold skin on your favorite weapon, which for me is the NT-242!
-NEW HEADSHOT SOUND EFFECT
Replaced the Battlefront II headshot sound effect with Overwatch's headshot sound effect, which is way more satisfying and more distinct. Hate it or love it but, the Overwatch headshot sound effect sounds super nice and surprisingly fits very well in Battlefront II.
This feature will work with any other weapons, not only with the NT-242.
Each feature can be downloaded individually, so if you do not like one of them you do not have to use it.
This is my first mod, and I hope you will like it, let me know if you would like to see any other features (I'll try my best to add them, but I am not very experienced yet, so no promises!)
I will make another mod separated from this one, with many other golden weapons since this mod is centered around the NT-242. So stay tuned for more!
