Darth Sidious is added to the game as a standalone, new hero. Includes my custom abilities and my custom fx. Compatible with Instant Action Overhaul.

-Load Instant Action Overhaul first (above my mod)
-latest version of frosty alpha

Details:
-Loaded into instant action; cross era
-Loaded into arcade; cross era
-Loaded into blast, extraction, HvV; cross era (for IAO)

-Toggle-able dual lightsabers as ability

Notes:
-HvV spawn screen cuts off Sidious, using a controller fixes this. Will release a fix for this soon as separate mod.
