This Mod balances Plo Koon´s powers and changes ´Repulse' for 'Push'.

Electric Judgement is as powerful as Obi Wan's All out Push.
His Push is as powerful as Luke's.
Spin Attack is slightly stronger than Maul's.
Plo Koon gets 2 charges for every power before he needs to recharge. However, he will have to wait 30 seconds to recharge and Spin takes 2 or 3 times longer to recharge with only 1 charge at a time (much slower recharge than Maul's).
Plo Koon gets unlimited parries.
His Push is as powerful as Luke's.
