(V1.1 Update resolves lighting issues) This mod modifies the Bespin map to move the combat outdoors and to the ground level. Load this below IAO.

Update: Version 1.1 includes updates that should resolve the lighting issues. If you have a non-HDR display or are making screen captures or recordings that don't work properly with HDR content, use the v1.1 mod files labeled as Non-HDR - also, be sure to turn HDR to "Off" rather than "Auto" in the game's video settings menu This only affects the base mod ("Day Lighting") and "Dusk Lighting" mods - the "Night" and "Dawn" lighting mods should be fine in version 1.0. When setup properly, your lighting should look as it does in the screen captures.

Update: It looks like there's an issue with the lighting when HDR isn't active, which is going to be a problem for anyone not using HDR as well as for recordings. I'll post an update when it's fixed.


This is intended for use as a "Blast" mode map with the Instant Action Overhaul mod. (It modifies the Bespin "Arcade" mode map, but unless used in IAO Blast, the A.I. won't move.)

Meter your expectations - the pathing on Bespin isn't great for map mods and I didn't realize it until I'd already sunk alot of time into this. The A.I. behaves as if they're on a combination of death sticks and meth. For best results, keep the bot count below 20 or fewer.

The included supplemental lighting variation mods for this map (dawn, night and dusk) should be placed underneath this base mod in your load order. Only enable one lighting variation mod at a time.

This also includes a standalone mod that changes infantry skins to match Bespin maps in Battlefront 1 (2015).

Known Issues:
- A.I. Pathing (A.I. frequently jumps repeatedly when not engaged in combat.)
- A.I. randomly spawn from high above the map.
- Currently requires HDR
