Adds a playable Jinata Security trooper for private matches and instant action, not MP safe.

For private matches and instant action only. This mod is not MP safe (on Dice's servers).
This mod was inspired by my boredom and this was the result.
Credits:
Mophead: Gameplay handler, bundle manager, localization editor, team file completer
mol eliza: Gameplay, messing around with FX until it all sort of worked

FantasyEve: additional moral support
Abilities:
Left: Modified thermal detonator that also concusses affected enemies (because who doesn't love more concussion projectiles?)
Middle: Allows the trooper to temporarily switch to a modified TL-50 that fires off several high-powered shots of energy.
Right: Trooper gains bonus health and 50% damage reduction while sprinting.
