Using Callyste's Lightsaber Color Editor, I have managed to replicate the UltraSabers’ official lightsaber blade LED colors based on the RGB specs from the official saber forum.
Lightsaber Blade Color Changes:
Blue= Guardian Blue
Red = Blazing Red
Green = Consular Green
Purple = Violet Amethyst
Orange = Pyrestone Orange
Yellow = Sentinel Yellow
Cyan = Sunrider’s Destiny
Magenta = Bane’s Heart
Indigo = Adegan Silver
To install:
Simply drag Pakchunk99_CustomSabercolors.pak and drop into:
Steam Games/steamapps/common/Jedi Fallen Order/SwGame/Content/Paks
To uninstall:
Delete Pakchunk99_CustomSabercolors.pakfrom:
SteamGames/steamapps/common/Jedi Fallen Order/SwGame/Content/Paks

I plan to update this mod my adding color options to make the lightsaber blades look like the custom Ultra Sabers lightsaber colors created by Saberforum Member, sandman, and any other forum members. I will be individually giving each of them credit in the next update.
