The first file gives him plain orange Sith eyes.
The second file gives him yellowish Sith eyes with shrunken pupils, a blood red ring around the iris, and reddened eye-sockets.
I've tried fixing the issue with his eyelids, and I haven't found a permanent solution. It shouldn't be a problem though, because when he blinks his eyelids look normal.
