Two icon changes. One without the background and the other simplified. They are separate downloads so you can choose which one you want. You might like both so you could use one for Fallen Order and the Other for Survivor or some other game, I don't care.
Just download/extract, then right click game's shortcut >> Properties >> Web Document >> Change Icon ... >> then browse too and select the .ico file >> ok >> apply
