A simple batch script utilizing Horst Schaeffer's inifile to easily enable/disable shader precompilation with one-click.
By simply extracting the inifile executable and batch script to any folder and running the batch script, shader precompilation will be toggled depending on its prior status. This provides the user with control over when shader precompilation is performed, such as after upgrading/reinstalling GPU drivers or making major graphics settings changes. Disabling shader precompilation when it's unnecessary massively decreases the amount of time required for the game to reach the main menu.
NOTE: Because disabling shader precompilation requires the batch script to set the INIs as read-only afterward, making changes to settings in-game will likely not stick on subsequent play sessions. Please either dial in your settings before hand, or re-enable shader precompilation before making changes to game settings.
