    Once NMM 0.51.0 is released please visit Chikawowwows Breakdown Tweak Overhaul (CBTO) for this mod.

    At the time of posting the above mod is not live, it will be once NMM is updated.

      The program itself is Nexus Mod Manager, the picture demonstrates my installer script for it.
