The Osprey Mod
This mod allows you to build a 'Osprey Transport Plane' facility at your base on a large slot.
Features:
- Lets you travel to way-point markers you set on the map with the in-game way-point marker system.
- Lets you attach your player character as well as eight followers to the osprey for map traveling.
- Has a built-in healing system so your player or followers will loose no health or take no trauma while riding the osprey.
- Has a storage system that holds 150 items and comes with up to five starter items.
- Has a custom built 'Firewatch Landing Tower' with automatic facility lights and three armed guards preforming guard duty.
- Has a four way facility rotator option for when the tower has clipping issues at your base.
- Has the 'Vacuum Cleaner' uasset included as well for quick locker deposit of the items you empty from the storage crate.
(There is no save feature on the storage crate so you must empty the contents before leaving the game, or the items will be lost.)
Hotkeys:
ALT NUMPAD 3 = Attaches and Detaches player and followers within a 150cm radius of the Osprey.
ALT NUMPAD 2 = Fly to way-point marker on map.(if no way-point created, does nothing)
NUMPAD 2 = Returns the Osprey to home base whether your on board or not.(does nothing unless you have flown to a way-point marker)
ALT NUMPAD 1 = Switches between overhead view of the Osprey and player view.
ALT K = Activates the Vacuum Cleaner.
NOTE: While Osprey is in flight mashing the hotkeys is locked out... You must wait until the bird lands to use them.
NOTE: Osprey can only be flown from the facility because you need to attach your player first before you can fly ....
NEW: Optional Downloads
Red Talon Helicopter - Lets you upgrade the Osprey Facility for a Red Talon Helicopter Facility.
(This transport heli supports you and up to 8 followers and has a defense turret on the front.)
Stallion Helicopter - Lets you upgrade the Osprey Facility for a Stallion Helicopter Facility.
(This transport heli supports you and up to 12 followers.)
NOTE: Do not put vehicles inside the Stallion Helicopter... They are not supported...
NOTE: All heli's use the same keybindings and you can only have one at a time in-game...
Optional Features:
All these facilities are up-gradable to each other.
All these facilities have four way building rotators and upgrade categories.
All these facilities have a follower creation category that lets you spawn +1/+3 community or map enclaves at a time with a click of a button.
(You can spawn as many as you have in your community or on the map)
NOTE: ALL OPTIONAL DOWNLOADS NEED OSPREY FACILITY MOD TO FUNCTION...
This mod does work in multi-player as well but is quite janky.
Host and Client get their own Osprey to fly and don't see each others plane.
Only works if Host and Client select the same way-point markers on the map.
"If you DON'T the tether of the game gets broken and things get messy from there on in... so be warned..."
I myself don't recommend you use it in multi-player but that is totally up to you...
This is a integrated mod, download and use the integration feature with Heilos's Mod Manager.
Any version after 2.2.20. will work with this mod. If you have a mod manager from before then update.

INSTALLATION

IF YOU OWN THE MS STORE VERSION, YOU MIGHT STILL HAVE TO USE THE EPIC/STEAM LOCATION! The Steam/Epic location is a kind-of "universal" path that the MS
