Use the latest Mod Manager to install these mods: https://fluffyquack.com/tools/modmanager.zip
M. Bison Fundoshi. This can go over Costume 1 & 2. The texture UV's, regardless of skin color or marks, are all the same. Thus it's quite easy making these SFW 'nude' mods for SF6.
Also, I made this mod so it would make an easy base to weight transfer onto modelled costumes.
