Use the latest Mod Manager to install these mods: https://fluffyquack.com/tools/modmanager.zip
Terry Bogard Fundoshi. This can go over Costume 1 & 2. Also includes No Hat version with Costume 1. The texture UV's, regardless of skin color or marks, are all the same. Thus it's quite easy making these SFW 'nude' mods for SF6.
Also, I made this mod so it would make an easy base to weight transfer onto modelled costumes.
I did not make any MDF2 nor CMD edits, so this mod should not break when there's a major update...unless the mesh and texture extension changes. But the extensions can be fixed simply by renaming the extensions, so that's easy.
