Replaces Ryu and/or Luke with M. Bison (Dictator or Vega). Also works in World Tour Mode.

I've seen a lot of people wanting M. Bison to come back, so I made this. I also made it over Luke so you can see him in World Tour Mode lol. Ngl, it's pretty interesting seeing Bison giving words of encouragement lol.
This mod has very little color customization because I used the XNALara texture by DragonLord720 (https://www.deviantart.com/dragonlord720/art/SFV-M-Bison-1p-613825938). If I have time or if anyone wants to give this Bison mod some color customization, you guys are free to do so as long as you credit me for the original mod.
