Reccomend the use of Fluffy mod manager to install
(drop .zip folder into Games > SF6 > Mods)
Sound clips were taken from the sound archive sfiiiannouncer.zip
known issues:
'KO' voice clip is more compressed than rest of the sounds.
says 'engage' for the final round 'fight' line, instead of saying 'Go'
