Why did the Streets of Rage 4 developers give us Roo from part 3? We wanted the part 4 version. I perfectly hand drew SOR4 Roo and completely replaced the disappointing playable SOR3 version. You're welcome. Be sure to show your gratitude however you can on the site. It may lead to more releases.

How to install:
1. Unzip rar, 7z, zip file with appropriate extractor.
2. Download and open SOR4 Explorer
3. Drag n' Drop files in folders where applicable
4. Enjoy!
