This mod lets you customize the number of fragments required to unlock blueprints, offering greater control over your gameplay progression. Comes with default values that match the old Fragment Requirement Booster.
Features:
- Customizable Fragment Requirements: Easily adjust the number of fragments needed for each blueprint.
- In-Game Menu Support: Modify settings seamlessly without leaving the game.
- Advanced JSON Configuration: Fine-tune values by editing the ScanFragments.json file directly.
- Dynamic Loading: Changes to the .json file are applied when a save is loaded (a reload is required to reflect updates).
- Included Preset: By default, the mod includes a preset configuration that increases the challenge by requiring more fragments for key blueprints:
Seaglide: 2 → 6
Seamoth: 2 → 6
Prawn Suit: 4 → 6
Beacon: 2 → 6
Grav Sphere: 2 → 4
Laser Cutter: 3 → 6
All Cyclops Parts: 3 → 6
Moonpool: 2 → 5
Modification Station: 3 → 6
Mobile Vehicle Bay: 3 → 6
Warper: 1 → 2

Recommended Mods
- Mades Redo Resources From Scanning: Gives random resources from scanning already unlocked fragments.
- Increased Resource Spawns: Multiples the fragments that spawn in the world.
Manual Installation
- Download and open the zip file and drag the FragmentTweaker folder to the Subnautica/BepInEx/plugins folder!
- If you did it right you should have the below file structure:
